Man United’s Approach For Grealish Rejected

Manchester United have already an approach for Jack Grealish rejected, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The Red Devils have been following the Aston Villa midfielder since December, when the midfielder stunned Old Trafford with a spectacular goal in the two side’s 2-2 draw.

United are in the market for a new central midfielder this summer, with Grealish emerging as their top target, alongside Leicester City’s James Maddison. Following the January arrival of Bruno Fernandes though, one has to question whether the club need to recruit the latter.

According to the MEN though, the club have already had an approach rejected for Grealish. It’s recently been reported that United are keen to push on with transfer deals, despite others being hesitant due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Hope is certainly not lost with the deal though, as it suggests that Ed Woodward is keen to get the ball rolling with this deal, having already tried to start negotiations.
