Manchester United have identified the potential signing of Jude Bellingham as a ‘bonus’, according to Sky Sport’s James Cooper.
The 16-year-old looks to be one of the most in-demand players as we slowly approach the summer window, with Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund also being reportedly interested. The latter appears to be the favourites for his signature though, with the player favouring a move to Germany (via The Athletic).

Having featured thirty-two times in the Championship this season, the teenager has impressed with his maturity and ability to adapt to the senior level so quickly.
Back in January, United even opted to bring Bellingham to Carrington to give the midfielder and his parents a tour of their training ground. Despite being big admirers of the player though, Cooper has revealed that the Birmingham City player is only being seen as a ‘bonus’.
The club are prioritising the midfield signing of Jack Grealish, with Ed Woodward not letting Bellingham’s situation effect other targets.
It’s a story we’ll continue to follow, as interest in the player is still very apparent. Although the 16-year-old would be involved with United’s first team squad, it’s clear that they are prioritising their primary targets for the foreseeable.
